The Jolly Trolley Car Service offers professional reservation based CAR transportation for locals and visitors of the Delaware Beaches!!  The Jolly Trolley Car Service is part of the Jolly Trolley Charter Services, which also offer Jolly Vans, Jolly Buses, and Jolly Trolleys for charter on a pre-arranged basis.

Details needed to request a reservation:

Customer Name, Contact Phone #, E-mail,  Date &Time of Pick-up(s), Pick-up and Drop-off locations, # of Passengers

Jolly Trolley Car Service FAQ regarding local DE Beach service

Q. Can we change our pick-up time once a reservation is made?

A. Yes, reservation change requests are possible, and based on availability.  There is a fee of up to $10 for changing a reservation once it is made.

Q. What happens if we are not ready when the Jolly Car arrives?

A.  The Jolly Trolley office makes reservations based on the travel time needed to perform each trip.  We do allow for up to three minutes of wait time at the pick-up location.  Each additional minute of wait time will add $2.00 to your reservation total.  If you would like your reservation to be longer then the on-road travel time you can request this during the reservation process.

Q. What is the Jolly Trolley Car Service Cancelation Policy?

A. A 24 hour notice is required for Jolly Car cancelations.  Canceling with less than 24 hours notice will result in full financial responsibility of the reservation. 

Q. What happens if we miss our pick-up?

A. Since you have reserved your Jolly Car and Driver for a specific period of time we do have to hold you financially responsible for that reservation.

Q. How is the Jolly Trolley Car Service different from a taxi service?

A. Our Jolly Trolley Cars are available for charter on a 100% pre-arranged basis, meaning you must make a reservation to receive service.

Q. What information is needed to make a reservation?

A.  Name of passenger(s), Contact phone number, E-mail address, Pick-up and Drop-off addresses, date and time of service request,  valid credit card information

Q. Are Jolly Cars as fun as the original Jolly Trolley?

A. Yes!!

Q. Do Jolly Cars provide service to airports and trainstations?

A. Yes we provide service to all nearby cities, airports, train stations, and bus stations!
